Automatic SMT Assembly Line

Automatic SMT assembly line, this high speed full automatic assembly line with jori RS-1, compatible with mid output PCB manufacture, such as consumer based PCB, mini pcbs, lcd pcb and other small size PCB. This equipment has been designed for making high speed semiconductors and eliminates the need for soldering and also minimizes the time for anodising and also minimizing heat dissipation. This equipment is available in different variants, which include manual & automatic. The advantages of the automatic are that; it reduces the operator mistakes and also minimizes operator fatigue, and also ensures the correct and consistent quality of end products.

In this article we shall discuss automatic SMT assembly lines. The components for this equipment are available in different varieties like - resistors, capacitors, IC's, electrolyzers, resistors, diodes, LEDs, electrolytic capacitors, refractory balls, wire wires, platters, platen plate and also crystal displays. Then comes the tooling which is for making the various pieces of equipment. There is also data sheet software available for installing the component according to the specification for e.g. IC's or for a particular design.

Automatic SMT assembly line consists of - controller station, injection system, injection print head, smith printer and machine feed. It can be used easily in many of the manufacturing stages. These Automatic SMT assembly line use high frequency technology, which enables fast, accurate and precise assembly of the pcb's. With the help of the injection system and the smith printer, this equipment can also be programmed to perform different tasks, which can include - programmable gate drive, programming/instruction set up, programming/programming by direct contact, and also surface mount programming.

There are three types of injection technique used in Automatic SMT assembly; the direct contact technique, surface mount technique and software assisted metal soldering technique. In the direct contact technique, the circuit boards are printed with the help of electronic ink. In the surface mount technique, the circuit boards are placed on the solder joints, which are held by special tabs. Finally, software assisted metal soldering technique enables the component to be soldered to the pads.

It is now possible to increase the productivity of your production line at a low cost by using a variety of computer-aided automatic equipment, which has increased flexibility in terms of planning and operation of assembly lines. Some of this computer aided automatic equipment include - cnc machines, which are useful for precision work and have excellent capacity for documentation. You can also use LPCS which include high speed and heavy duty equipment. Another computer aided automatic production equipment includes solder masks and welder masks. There are also hand held soldering guns for performing intricate welding tasks. The following tips will help you increase your production efficiency and at the same time reduce your total cost of production.

For efficiently reducing the overall cost of production and producing better quality products, it is important to perform thorough testing of each of the components that go into your final product. By performing inspection and testing, you will ensure that the soldered joints are well aligned and that there are no defects in the soldering. You can either perform the test manually or you can let the automatic solder paste printing machine do it for you. When you decide to go for the manual testing, make sure that you collect the following data during the inspection: speed of component movement, heat conductivity, mechanical strength, parasitic resistance, etc. Once you are done with all the tests, you should go for the production inspection and if everything goes well then you can go for the full production run.
